Expanding its footprint in Jumeirah Beach Residence (JBR), the FIVE hotel chain introduces FIVE Luxe, featuring 222 rooms, 276 residential apartments, and seven restaurants. The development includes a social pool, beach club, Lío Ibiza dome, and a spacious 14,000-square-foot beach for guests.
Fairmont Dubai Skyline
Developer RSG’s AED5 billion ($1.4 billion) project, Fairmont Dubai Skyline, is set to become a prominent feature in the city’s skyline. Standing tall at 226 meters, it comprises 181 rooms, 121 apartments, and a penthouse suite across 54 stories. Amenities include a fitness center, spa, infinity pool, golden lounge area, and more.
Mama Shelter Dubai
This mixed-use development offers apartments, hotel rooms, shops, and restaurants. Residents and visitors can enjoy amenities like an infinity pool, leisure spaces, and fitness centers. One, two, and three-bedroom apartments are available at various price points, starting at AED967,000.
One&Only One Za’abeel
Above Dubai Happiness Bridge, One&Only One Za’abeel features 90 residential units and 229 hotel rooms. Designed as “Dubai’s vertical resort,” it comprises two glass towers connected by “The Link.” Guests can enjoy various facilities such as bars, restaurants, a rooftop terrace, a banquet hall, a gym, a spa, and an observation deck.
Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab
Inspired by a super yacht, Jumeirah Marsa Al Arab offers stunning views of the Burj Al Arab. The hotel includes 386 rooms and suites, four penthouses, and 83 luxury hotel apartment suites. Earlier this month, Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty sold two penthouses in the development for a total of AED706 million ($192 million).
Six Senses Residences, The Palm
Situated on 1.2 million square feet on the Palm Jumeirah, Six Senses Residences will feature 60 rooms and over 60,000 square feet of amenities, including bars, restaurants, a kids’ club, a spa, and a library. The development will also include nine beachfront villas, 32 sky villas, and 121 penthouses.
Mandarin Oriental Wasl Tower
Dubai’s second Mandarin Oriental Hotel, part of the Wasl Tower on Sheikh Zayed Road, will comprise 258 hotel rooms and 229 residential units across 64 stories. The tower’s unique Z-shaped design allows it to face almost any direction. Anticipated completion is set for Q2 2024.
