Karl Lagerfeld Brings Fashion Flair to Dubai’s Real Estate Market
Karl Lagerfeld stepping in Dubai:
A famous fashion name, Karl Lagerfeld, is getting into property in Dubai. It’s the first time Lagerfeld’s brand has hit the Middle East, with a new project called 51villas at Meydan.
Before this, Lagerfeld’s designs have popped up in places like Melaka, Malaysia, Marbella, and Lisbon. There’s even a hotel in Macau carrying his brand.
Lagerfeld’s brand has teamed up with Taraf, a part of Ys Holding based in Abu Dhabi. They’re known for making unique property projects.
According to Pier Paolo Righi, CEO of Karl Lagerfeld, Lagerfeld loved architecture. And now, his love for cool designs lives on in this Dubai project, blending history and modern style.
Potential homeowners and investors get to be a part of Lagerfeld’s luxury living vision. There are 51 apartments with five to seven bedrooms, ranging from 721 to 1,790 square meters.
Buyers can pick between two styles for the outside of their homes: ‘soft modern’ or ‘urban modern.’ Each comes with a fancy entrance, giving off an 18th-century vibe, leading to a spiraling staircase.
There’s also a ‘runway’ connecting the villas to the clubhouse, inspired by the fashion industry.
Taraf, the company Lagerfeld’s brand is working with, has completed cool projects like Luce on Palm Jumeirah and Terrazzo Residences in JVC. They’re also working on new ones like Terra Golf Collection and Cello.
